Terms and conditions for Villa Tranberg

These terms and conditions below apply to all reservations, unless a special agreement has been made.
1. BOOKING, CONFIRMATION AND AGE: When reserving a suite, your name, address, arrival- and departure time and method of payment are required.  Only a person with the minimum age of 30 is allowed to make a reservation, and at least one of the two guests must be 30 years of age.
2. IDENTIFICATION, ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: At arrival you must present identification. The suite is at your disposal from 5:00 pm on the day of arrival and latest arrival is 11:00 pm, unless otherwise agreed. The suite will be kept for you for 24 hours after the agreed arrival, unless no other agreement has been made. On your departure day the suite must be vacated by 10:00 am.
3. GUARANTEED RESERVATION: Full payment is required at least three days prior to arrival. 4. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund up to 3 days prior to arrival. 5. GUEST’S BEHAVIOUR IN THE HOTEL: The hotel is no-smoking area, however, we allow guests to smoke in the garden, provided other guests are not bothered. We follow good manners and standard hotel rules apply. In case of breaching these rules, you may be immediately removed from the premises. In such cases you are still obliged to pay for the accommodation and additional services ordered. You are not eligible to claim a refund for payments already made.For safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on the premises, unless otherwise agreed, and the maximum of two persons per suite.
6. RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR VALUABLES: Your valuables can be stored in a safe deposit box in your suite. The hotel is not responsible for your valuables. The hotel is not responsible for damage or disappearance of vehicles kept in the hotel’s parking area or valuables inside or outside the vehicle.
7. GUEST’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES: Guest are responsible for damage caused either on purpose or by accident. The responsibility of the guest extends to damage caused by any person brought to the hotel or in the hotel premises. This applies also to the hotel furniture and other equipment, other guests in the hotel or their property. The responsibility for caused damage is determined by general legal principles.
